Holiday Activities and Food Programme

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme provides access to activities and healthy meals for children in receipt of benefits related free school meals.

Vouchers will be in schools next week dependant on the postal strike.

Youngsters from Cambridge Park Academy shine at awards evening

The Duke of Edinburgh award in North East Lincolnshire is now targeted to support the most vulnerable young people in the area, especially those with SEND and an EHCP. NELC SEND Local Offer | Duke of Edinburgh award (nelincs.gov.uk).

“Twelve students from Cambridge Park Academy were awarded their Bronze certificates, with a further fourteen students from other schools in the area receiving their Silver Duke of Edinburgh Awards at the ceremony.

BSL Advent calendar

The Educational Team for Hearing and Vision are excited to be launching a British Sign Language Christmas advent calendar.

We will be posting a new video on the Local Offer and social media every day in the lead up to Christmas.

There will also be more festive BSL sing and sign videos.

NAViGO has been appointed as the new provider of emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children in North East Lincolnshire.

The award-winning social enterprise is to deliver the Young Minds Matter (YMM) contract locally from April 2023.

Help us improve your services. Commissioning workshop

One of the primary commitments in the NHS Long Term Plan is to give all children the best start in life. This includes children with additional needs and disabilities.

We are looking for participants to find ways forward, to improve, and hope to ensure a wide variety of representation.

The Workshop will be held on Monday 16 January 2023, 1pm-3pm for a workshop on commissioning for the best start in life for disabled children.
