Sleep training

Parents can self-refer by emailing sleepservicenorthandnel@kids.org.uk and they will be offered an online training workshop.
On completion of the workshop, parents can then access one-to-one specialist sleep support via the telephone, if they still feel they need more support.
This a funded service and therefore completely free of charge to families.
