The North East Lincolnshire Access Pathway has been transferred to Navigo as part of plans to reduce waiting times and improve and streamline children and young people’s mental health services.
As part of this, major changes to both the referral route and referral forms for specialist assessments are underway. This will alter how professionals refer children and young people for a specialist autism or ADHD assessment.
The new service will be called the North East Lincolnshire Neurodevelopmental Service.

The Faraway CIC is a not for profit social enterprise community interest company that actively works to create inclusive communities through enabling autistic people to raise awareness of autism within their local community and support the community to deliver services that are accessible for all people.
They offer a peer led Pre Diagnostic group for anyone on a waiting list for a diagnostic assessment where we hope to ease the anxiety surrounding the process by giving relevant information, answering any questions and exploring coping techniques to build resilience.

Complex needs
Transforming Care Programme
The Humber Transforming Care Programme covers the East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire and aims to ensure that individuals with a diagnosed Learning Disability (LD) and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) are supported within the local communities, to avoid unnecessary in-patient mental health admissions.
