Working together as a SENCo community
We’ve been working with our SEND community in NE Lincs to co-produce a set of documents, videos and resources to support new to role SENCOs in our local area. Take a look on the SEND Local Offer professionals page, NELC SEND Local Offer | Professionals (nelincs.gov.uk).
We will keep developing these resources to help to make sure that new SENCOs, or those coming into NE Lincs from elsewhere, have the best possible opportunity to settle into the role.
