Remember to save your work on the EHC Hub
The EHC Hub doesn’t register any activity until you save what you have been doing.
To save any lost time and work please save regularly. If you don’t you will lose your work.
You should save your work every ten to fifteen minutes.
Once you have saved your data you can go back to it as many times as you want.
Why does my work time out?
Your work times out because it is likely to contain sensitive data. This is a security feature and a necessity for data protection.
The reason it times out is due to the sensitive nature of the information held in the system and is a security measure due to data protection.
Are you new to the Hub?
Sign up for training to use the EHC Hub. All sessions are the same so you only need to sign up for one.
The EHC Hub is an online area for families, professionals, and education settings to work together and contribute on Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments, plans and reviews.
The Hub puts children and their families at the heart of these processes and provides secure access to anyone who needs to be able to contribute and view information.
