SENDIASS update to professional referral form

SENDIASS have updated their referral form that allows professionals to refer a parent/carer into the service.

With the consent of a parent/carer of a child or a young person you can refer them into the service by completing a Professional’s Enquiry Form and emailing it to nelincs@barnardos.org.uk.

North East Lincolnshire SENDIASS (Special Education Needs Disability Information Advice and Support Service) provides confidential and impartial information, support and advice on issues related to Special Education Needs and Disability.
