Share your views- Children and Young People’s Palliative and End of Life Care

A survey is currently being run by the Children and Young People’s Palliative and End of Life Care Steering Group and we are trying to reach out to as many families as possible who may be willing to contribute.

“We are writing to you today from the Children and Young People’s Palliative and End of Life Care Steering Group, part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership. We would like to ask for a few minutes of your time, to help us to develop and improve care and support for babies, children and young people experiencing a life limiting illness.

“We are committed to working closely with children, young people and families who live in the Humber and North Yorkshire area (including Northern Lincolnshire, East Riding and Yorkshire coast) to develop an understanding of the real needs, and to jointly develop a regional approach to babies, children and young people’s palliative and end of life care services.

“It is really important to us that we engage meaningfully with as many children, young people and families as possible to ensure future services reflect and meet the diverse needs of our communities. If you, or your family member have some time, even only briefly, and would like to be involved in shaping the palliative and end of life care services for babies, children and young people, please respond to the questions…”
