• 5 x targeted activity groups
• one to one work:
  • Health Visiting Healthy Child Programme
  • Pre-Birth Pathway, SDQ check
  • 3 x parenting programmes one to one or group. (DSG Team of 4)

Strengthening Families 6-19 years

Includes:

• 11 packages of one-to-one work, themed to meet the needs of the family plan
• 3x Group Parenting Programmes
• 2x Child and Parent Group Programmes
• Specialised parenting assessments

Vulnerabilities and Diversion (10-18)

• Adolescent Risk Strategy-Core Offer
