EHC Hub Support Meetings- Educational Setting Support Meeting

We have introduced EHC Hub Support Meetings for Educational Settings this term.

Meetings will be held each half term.

At the session you can raise any issues, comments and concerns.

The meetings is hosted by a member of the SEND team.

Information from this meeting will be fed into the meeting that is held with IDOX (the provider of the EHC Hub).
