Community of Experience ‘Community Together’ Event

Getting the right support at the right time

The Community of Experience project would like to invite you to the first ‘Community Together’ event.

Inviting parent carers of those with young people up to 25 with a learning disability, autism, or both, to provide support, information, signposting and connection.Join us at Centre 4, 17A Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE.
