Annual Health Checks – Awareness Training

This training is open to any member of staff, carers, and family members who provide support to a person with a learning disability.
This 90-minute session aims to increase knowledge and understanding of the Annual Health Check and why these are important, and to learn how you can support the healthcare professional carrying out the appointment.
Working in partnership to increase the uptake of Annual Health Checks and Health Action Plans for people with a learning disability.
