This Young Minds Matter e-learning module is open to all professionals.

If you are an Autism in Schools Champion you are expected to complete this training in January 2023.

You can complete it at your leisure and usually takes about one hour.

This training can be facilitated for your whole school/ team.

Anxiety can present itself in many different ways and having an understanding of anxiety can allow you to help a child or young person through this difficult time.

The aims of this workshop are:

• To understand what anxiety is
• To identify when it becomes a problem
• How to help CYP who may be experiencing anxiety as a problem.
