Access Pathway, NAViGO Young Minds Matter update

After some feedback following our initial communication about the Access Pathway transition we wanted to provide some further clarity.

We are transitioning, over time, to become a single service within NAViGO Young Minds Matter neurodevelopmental assessment team.

For now, the referral form, email and contact number remain the same. We have an aim to launch a new referral form under the single service in the new year.

More communication will be shared with settings as we get closer to having a plan around this to try and give as much notice as possible.

Please continue as usual, however closer to Christmas you may wish to think about waiting to start any referrals as you may find it an easier process to complete the new referral form in the new year.

Current referrals are still being screened and accepted (if appropriate).

As always, please do not hesitate to call us if you need any further information about specific referrals. We do have a 10 working day response time, but we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our details are below.
