Daisy Chain in person workshops- sensory difference, autistic overwhelm, summer strategies and more

You can access our training sessions if you have a young person with traits, undergoing, or diagnosed with autism, ADHD, FASD or sensory processing differences.

Please book a space for each individual workshop. A link to the session will be sent to you via email prior to it starting. You can access these sessions if you are a parent/carer/family member. You must book before 12pm the day before the session you’d like to attend to receive a link – any bookings received after this time may not be added to the register.

SEND Employment Forum

Last week the SEND Employment Forum heard about our supported internship offer with Humberside Police. Interns experience a variety roles like criminal justice, legal, and catering.

If your child gets benefit related free school meals they can participate in the Holiday Activity Food (HAF) programme. There are a range of exciting summer activities and each child gets a healthy meal.

Sensory Cinema- The Croods– July 7

What is Sensory Cinema?

Inclusive, immersive and adapted for those with sensory needs.

With themed screens for a fun viewing experience, live singing performances, sensory toys and activities, sensory play, chill out zones and a quiet sensory room.

Sensory Cinema is one of the most unique experiences tailored for the wider SEND community.

Please Note: All guests must be in attendance with at least one person with SEND.

Feature film presentation will begin no later than 15 minutes after doors open and event finishes once the film has ended.

Tickets are on a donate what you can basis, with a minimum of £5.

Ticket allocation is limited to ensure guest comfort and prevent overcrowding.

Tuck shop is available throughout the show selling Tea, Coffee, various cold drinks and snacks.

SEND Awards

The SEND Awards are upcoming on Tuesday 9 July.

We are busy organising the art exhibition, entertainment, winners video’s, presenters and more.

Adult Autism Forum Meeting

Join us for a discussion on physical health inequalities and being able to access GPs, specialists and other services.

Open to local autistic adults and representatives of local services. The Adult Autism Forum meets to discuss topics of importance to the autistic community, including improving outreach, advocacy, and accessibility.

Kooth is your online mental wellbeing community. Access free, safe and anonymous counselling and support.

Help your child to become more independent in taking care of their mental health and wellbeing, let them know about Kooth.

NAViGO hosts ‘Inclusion’, a weekly peer-to-peer group for young people who are members and allies of North East Lincolnshire’s LGBT+ community.

‘Included’ is a monthly peer-to-peer support group exclusively for parents, partners and carers of the LGBT+ community.

NELPCF is a collective group of parents passionate about driving positive change, we have come together to rebuild a Parent Carer Forum.
